All the necessary documents are available in the public domain, and it is your responsibility to obtain them. An NA plot or weekend home typically involves at least seven documents. You should only proceed with the investment once you are sure that all these documents are in order. Many people only check the 7/12 extract and move ahead, but that’s just one document. You should review all the 6-7 documents before proceeding.
Some lands are reserved for specific purposes, such as forest areas, creek lands, or land reserved for tribal communities. Never engage in transactions involving such lands. If someone offers to sell you land in such areas with the promise of getting it cleared for acquisition, there is a high chance of fraud.
