Under this program, customers receive end-to-end support through a dedicated point of contact who assists them throughout the claims journey. The service ensures time-bound vehicle repairs, cashless claims, free pick-up and drop, and regular updates on repair progress consolidated into a single, seamless experience. Additionally, minor repairs involving claims below ₹50,000 are completed within seven days, with all repaired electrical and mechanical parts coming with a warranty (as per respective insurer’s terms & conditions). Together, these features make the claims process faster, simpler, and stress-free.
So far, nearly 30,000 customers have benefited from a more reliable and efficient claims experience through the Assured Delivery Program. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, policyholders across the country will soon be able to settle motor insurance claims without uncertainty or inconvenience. The initiative, launched in 2024, reflects the company’s commitment to making motor insurance claims more transparent, customer-centric, and efficient.

From vehicle pick-up to repair completion and claims formalities, this single point of contact supports customers at every step. Regular updates on repair status and claim progress ensure complete transparency.
Eligible policyholders also benefit from complimentary pick-up and drop services as per insurer terms and conditions. Vehicles are collected from the customer’s home or a preferred location and safely returned post-repair, eliminating logistical hassles during an already stressful time.
